VetBoss is veteran-owned and was founded by Air Force veteran Elijah Best. We help veterans and transitioning service members move into technology careers through VA-approved training, real projects, mentorship, and career support. Classes are live, instructor-led, and fully remote.

We help veterans write professional resumes that show their military experience, technical training, certifications, and transferable skills.
LinkedIn Profile Optimization
We help build LinkedIn profiles that showcase each veteran’s qualifications and make them easier for recruiters and employers to find.
Resume & LinkedIn Alignment
We make sure each veteran’s resume and LinkedIn profile tell the same story about their experience, technical skills, and career goals.
Interview Prep & Mock Interviews
We walk veterans through personalized interview coaching and mock interviews, and we help them explain their military experience and new technical skills in plain civilian terms.
Career Coaching
We help veterans identify career opportunities, build confidence, and stay on track while they apply.
We help you get prepared, marketable, and confident. We don’t promise a job. Nobody honest can. We commit the parts we control.
